November is one of my favorite months of the year because of the many holidays and festivals that take place around the world. Last year, I was lucky enough to travel to India during the month of November and experience the vibrant and colorful celebrations of Diwali. The energy and excitement of the holiday were contagious, and I found myself fully immersed in the culture and traditions of the Indian people.

In the United States, November is marked by Thanksgiving, a holiday that celebrates the harvest and blessings of the year. It is a time for families and friends to come together and share a meal. In Mexico, November 1st and 2nd are Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, where people honor and remember loved ones who have passed away.
